Liked our salesman (R Spitznagel). Did not feel pressured at all and he made sure he had all of our info before we got there so we were able to close as quickly as possible. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PLATES WHICH HAVE EXPIRED OVER A WEEK AGO. THERE HAS BEEN A ERROR WITH THEM PAYING OFF MY TRADE. THE BANK SAYS I AM 2 MONTHS BEHIND A DON'T HAVE MY PLATES WHICH HAVE EXPIRED OVER A WEEK AGO. THERE HAS BEEN A ERROR WITH THEM PAYING OFF MY TRADE. THE BANK SAYS I AM 2 MONTHS BEHIND AND THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT TOLD US THAT WE HAVE TO CALL TO STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT. I CALLED THE BANK AND THEY STATED THEY NEED TO TALK TO THE DEALERSHIP. I RELAYED THIS TO FINANCE AND ASKED THEM TO KEEP ME UPDATED. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND HAVE RECEIVED VERY LITTLE HELP! I HAVE A CAR THAT I AM PAYING FOR BUT LEGALLY CANNOT DRIVE SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY. More
