My experience this week I came in on Tuesday, interested in a Honda Odyssey on your lot. I had called ahead and spoke with Danny. When I got there, the van was ready and wait I came in on Tuesday, interested in a Honda Odyssey on your lot. I had called ahead and spoke with Danny. When I got there, the van was ready and waiting for me to look at and drive. We immediately started the approval process. I left that evening, approved and ready to come back in the next day to complete the process. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle all on my own and I wasn't sure what to expect. Both Danny and Jason were extremely patient and helpful. Things took a little longer than we anticipated, yet, they kept me in the loop and worked very, very hard to make the process smooth and see that it did indeed happen. After a few days of back and forth with the bank, we finally got the wonderful news that everything was good to go! Jason spent time on the phone with the bank and Danny worked with me, despite it having had been his two days off. Today, I drove off the lot in a van that was incredibly priced and will fit the needs of my growing family. I am so incredibly thankful and grateful for their hard work in making this happen. I had been to two previous dealerships and was met with coldness and crappy running vehicles. I will not only recommend your dealership to anyone in need but also, you have found a customer for life. Don't trust the service department I've taken my 2009 Mazda 3 to this Mazda dealership over the last couple of years for oil changes, service, etc. Last month I took my car there for my I've taken my 2009 Mazda 3 to this Mazda dealership over the last couple of years for oil changes, service, etc. Last month I took my car there for my free oil change and a diagnostic of a new noise I was hearing. They said they couldn't hear the noise so they couldn't do a diagnostic, but charged me $90 anyway. They also didn't do the oil change. They did manage to find my rear sway bar links were bad and said I had to fix it immediately. Normally I would have just said to do what needs done, but I wasn't happy with the $90 useless charge so I didn't have them fix my car. Since then, I have taken my car to two separate mechanics to fix the rear sway bar links and both of them said there was nothing wrong with my car. Each of them even read the diagnostic from Mazda and said the diagnostic didn't match what they saw on my car. Both would be more than happy to replace them if I wanted to waste my money though. Now I feel like a fool. I have always completely trusted Mazda, but two separate mechanics have told me they were just trying to sell me something I didn't need. I am getting to the point of wanting to buy a new car. I am considering a Mazda (since I still LOVE mine after 8 years). However, I absolutely refuse to buy anything from this dealership. Completely dishonest. DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! (BTW - if you have to call and talk to the service department person and she is a lady with a scratchy- hang up and call another day/time. She is rude and ignores complaints) More

I did not feel pressured into my purchase and he was just fun to deal with. I am used to the dealer starting with a price and so was a little unprepared to be asked what numbers I wanted to see!
