Over priced, I had it diagnosed prior to coming in. I identified the initial problems, they provided a phone quote . I got to the office , they came up with a new quote which was $1800 more. They identified different items after I sat there for 2 hours with no courtesy update. Then AFTER working on the car, they found out about INITIAL diagnosis that’ I ALREADY informed them about and they wanted to change the price AGAIN. my appt was 8:45. I arrived at 7:40am. They didn’t allow me to leave until 2 pm.. unacceptable, overpriced, unprofessional, unfriendly. Then after I was truly angry was i offered a 10% off because of the horrible day. I hate surprises and this was a handful . They need to do better. More
