Kind courteous apologetic she fits me in when I said I wasn't comfortable with the diagnosis of my service she made sure that it was taken back and taking care of and I appreciated it you need more employees like her. I later when home and talk till my husband and decided after the experience and speaking with Ms. Ortiz to buy another car there in the up coming weeks as my birthday gift. She is really good with dealing with the public especially when they are upset and she knows how to handle frustrating situations. She is a true asset. You definitely need more people like her. More

Closing my lease was painless (no surprises fees and no pressure to open another lease) and she helped me communicate with the bank to ensure that all things were cleared on that end and that I wouldn’t find any surprise bills in the future. She also took great care of my father and got him into an affordable lease to match his budgetary needs. He couldn’t be happier with his new 2018 Nissan Rogue and the great deal.
