I must say that it wasn't a pleasant visit. I was charged for tire rotation, something that I didn't even asked for and didn't need. I'll tell you why! I have 4 brand new Mitchelin tires on my vehicle which for tire rotation, something that I didn't even asked for and didn't need. I'll tell you why! I have 4 brand new Mitchelin tires on my vehicle which have a warranty on rotation, balancing and repairs on my tire anytime needed. So why would I pay $20.00 for something that I already have a warranty for? It makes no sense. More

I had to take my car to the body shop (through Geico) after an accident. The whole process, from beginning to end, was outstanding.
