Steering Wheel Locked My car shut down on me. Couldn’t start the car at all. Had to have the vehicle towed to Kings Nissan Service Center. Thank goodness for Atnan and his My car shut down on me. Oil change I have been a customer at this dealership for over 21 years. With my new rouge I bought the oil change for life . I have my Rouge now over 5 years and have been coming there at Coney Island branch for my oil change and it a nightmare. How could you have an appointment and basically sit there the whole morning? It’s ridiculous! My last two times that I can remember was ridiculously long. An hour I can see but not 2, 3,4 hours after a nine o’ clock apt and I am leaving there at close to 2 pm ? That’s not cool . You guys need to do better with the wait time. I can see if I was a walk in but I had and appointment. More
