Unsatisfied I made an appointment, came in because my chassis light came on and I had a problem with the push start with the car. upon filling out the paper work I made an appointment, came in because my chassis light came on and I had a problem with the push start with the car. upon filling out the paper work I ask about the 270 fee. I was told that what I had to be fixed would be deducted from that fee so it wouldn’t be the price to fix plus the 270. I ask how long never got a clear answer even if I had an appointment. I cam in at 10am and I got a call around 12:15 telling me that the issue is my battery so I aid wow just the battery ok how much is this going to cost me. I was told 180. Than I was told I needed additional work on the car brakes and rooters. So I ask how much in total for everything and also how long I was told by 2pm everything would be done and it would be a total of about 800. So I ask about the 270 fee I was told I wouldnt have to pay it just the 800. I than told them to just complete the battery because I was behind to get to work. I than ask by what time will the battery be done I was told by 2pm. So I ask if that’s accurate because I was told all the work would be done by 2 so it’s seembodd that just a battery change would take 2 more hours when they have already discovered what the issue was. Finally about 45 min later I got a print out of my bill and the 270 fee plus the 135 was in total plus if I didn’t have cash it would cost me additional 4 percent. I ask about the fee I was told it was be deducted. I was pretty much told that it’s only basebonbif I did more work. So clearly the guidelines is not clear for the consumer. In total I spent 445 dollars for a battery change. I checked online and they was also a 15 percent off for battery changes n no one even offfered it knowing that I was having a hard time with the total. But lesson learn I will not be returning to this facility nor will I recommend it. Thank you for your service. And if your charging people by the hour you have to do a better job to give them a better ETA for their vehicle. More
