Continuous BAD Service Experience I had purchased a lifetime oil change package only to be told that Nissan had discontinued the program without any written notification. Your Represen I had purchased a lifetime oil change package only to be told that Nissan had discontinued the program without any written notification. Your Representative also failed to notify me of issues found during the service inspection or asked if I was interested in making the repairs. When I told him that I would like to have the repairs made he was happy to tell me that it could not be done because I would have to leave the vehicle for a maximum of three days because the repairs would take eleven hours. Three days for eleven hours???? More
