My experience The services, as always, was superior. However, my disappointment is the fact that I was told the "service for life for oil changes" which I purcha The services, as always, was superior. However, my disappointment is the fact that I was told the "service for life for oil changes" which I purchased and paid for should put those of us in s "GRAND-FATHERED STATE". I know the plan was recently discontinued, however, those if us already in the program should be able to live out the contract. I take issue with the department's decision to do this. More

Lifetime oil change Went in for an oil change and was informed that the lifetime oil change was no longer in affect. How is that possible. I paid for a service and it has Went in for an oil change and was informed that the lifetime oil change was no longer in affect. How is that possible. I paid for a service and it has been cancelled. I never got a letter or call stating this new policy. How can they do this. Doesn’t sound legal and I plan to further investigate. More
