We are very sorry to hear you are upset.Unfortunately,we must charge a diagnostic fee for work that gets declined otherwise we will be checking cars all day with no compensation.The customer was informed of the potential fee if work was declined and signed the repair order with complete knowledge.We also explained to the customer that if they decide to do the needed repairs in the future this diagnostic fee would be appied to the repair.We strive for customer satisfaction but also need to run a business and be compensated for our time.I dont believe that's unfair request
