Horified The minimum diagnostic fee is supposed to be $125, I was told that it will be $250 because my issue is an Electrical one. When I picked up the car I w The minimum diagnostic fee is supposed to be $125, I was told that it will be $250 because my issue is an Electrical one. When I picked up the car I was told that a wire was loose however when I entered the car I found a broken fuse on the Floor. Conclusion I was charge $250 plus tax to change a fuse. More
Fast quality service. You do have to have an appointment to get fast service but that understandable. Just go to their website or app or call and schedule one. I used them twice so far and I did called in advance and have no problem at all. Final cost is the same as estimate. They told me upfront how long it will take (I did dropped car at morning and picked after work, do). And they call you when it’s ready. Highly recommend! More
Huge mistake Could not be more disgusted. My blower motor stopped working so I thought I take it to the dealer. Not only did they want more than $1200 for the job Could not be more disgusted. Not only did they want more than $1200 for the job, they also did a full diagnostic without my permission, charged me $140 for it, and quoted me 10 more, not an exaggeration, 10 more things that were in need of repair totaling $5000! And that is for a 2011 Roque with a book value less than $5000. Not only that I found my engine light on and it wasn’t until I drove for more than a day that I realized they did not shut my hood all the way. I was wondering what that dragging noise was. Needless to say, I did not let them touch my car. Unfortunately, they had my $140 and they should be ashamed of themselves. Totally disgusted. More
