This was my first vist to Kungs Nissan in Brooklyn, NY. I called to inquire about service for recalls. The service consultant was very helpful and promptly scheduled an appointment for recalls. Service center completed work on three open recalls for my 2017 Nissan Rogue as per appointment on Thursday, March 2nd. Based on multipoint diagnostics the compressor for my Heat/AC unit was also replaced. All work was done in a timely manner. I was able to pick up my car at end of same day as has been promised.
