I arrived to the Kia in Ventura on a Monday afternoon and from the second I set foot in that dealership I was treated with the BEST service. I recently had a fender bender with my vehicle. My insurance adjuster referred me to the auto body dept at Kirby. I was helped by Mr Bert Rodriguez. Also wanted to extend my gratitude to the technicians who did the work on my car which entailed replacing a back fender, replacing a rear latch cover, fixing a dent then painting and pin striping. Alex Koulakoff was a great help to us while we were undecided about the different models. He was well informed and honest about each models' pros and cons. He kept in contact with us, keeping us in the loop with the process. He let us know that by the end of August, he would be getting one, and to our surprise one came in even earlier than we expected. He called us on Friday to let us know, we drove off with the car we wanted in the color we wanted by Saturday mid day. I am very happy with the fact that Alex could have pushed a different color on us, or just not made the effort to get one in. (Simi Valley Kia didn't want to work with us if they didn't have the car we wanted already on the lot. very disappointed in that dealership. They were rude on the phone) Alex was polite and very professional throughout the entire process and he is for sure a salesman I will recommend to anyone looking for a KIa.
