I’ve been hesitate to buy a newer vehicle simply because I avoid dealing with car salesman. But when it was time for a new truck I strongly believe my wife and I stopped at the right place! Fair, Honest, Friendly We went in to the dealer to purchase a used vehicle but ended up purchasing new. Ross, our Salesperson, was friendly and honest. Prices were fair wi We went in to the dealer to purchase a used vehicle but ended up purchasing new. Ross, our Salesperson, was friendly and honest. Prices were fair with a little haggling. The car we wanted was not available at the dealership so they searched and found the exact car somewhere else. They picked it up and had it ready for us in one day. Everyone at the Dealership was friendly. We worked with Tammy to complete the paperwork and hear about aftermarket sales. She explained everything but did not attempt to push us into any aftermarket purchases. My only minor issue would be the excessive paperwork that we had to sign before we got a price or accepted a deal. The entire process was fast and painless. We have not used the service department yet so we cannot comment on that but we would recommend Kisselback Ford for you auto purchasing needs. More
