We needed to get a smaller car for my son. Jorge was very patient and answered all of the questions. He even was nice to our 11 year old twins. Where do I begin. From the moment I contacted Kisselback Ford by phone I experienced a car buying experience like no other. I called about a truck that was advertised online at an unbelievably low price. I Ford by phone I experienced a car buying experience like no other. I called about a truck that was advertised online at an unbelievably low price. I spoke directly to someone and had the credit app and approval completed within minutes. This was a huge convenience since I live two hours away. The next day they called my husband and told him there was an error on the website and that the truck was supposed to be listed for several thousands more. However, since we had already made a deposit and had our credit approved they honored the orginal amount that we agreed upon and my husband and I got the deal of the century. I have never had a more honest experience with a car dealership. Customer Service was beyond outstanding, my husband and I were treated with great respect and our business felt truly valued. Our salesperson, Dallin, made us feel no pressure and was very accomidating. He explained everything to us and made us feel so welcome. I have never had an experience where I felt like I was being helped and not pushed to buy until I met Dallin. Gary even took the time to get out 5 year old son a balloon and Mike (The sales manager) and most of the other sales team took special time to make him feel important too. I had never felt so comfortable buying a car. NO BUYERS REMORSE HERE! Mike (Business Manager) explained everything so crystal clear and took the time to answer any question we had. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or lied to. I left the lot feeling exhilirated and not frustrated. Possibly because every single person on the sales floor, including the owner himself, took the time to wish us farewell and thanked us so much for our business. It truly felt like I was dealing with family. Also, everyone looked so happy and tidy in appearance. Truly professional and classy establishment. This dealership scores off the charts when it comes to customer service and convenience. I will most likely make the two hour trip again to purchase a vehicle.
