Cannot duplicate the problem Every issue that I had with my 2015 Jeep Cerokee Trailhawk was met with the response, " we couldn't duplicate the problem". This happened with minor Every issue that I had with my 2015 Jeep Cerokee Trailhawk was met with the response, " we couldn't duplicate the problem". This happened with minor concerns regarding the button lock on the door handle to major things like my rpms pegging out at 8000 but unable to travel faster than 20 mph! I even had issues with my clock losing time or just stopping altogether. I would receive warnings on my radio screen that there was something wrong with the phone and to take it in for service. I did in fact take it in and was told that it couldn't be fixed because Chrysler hadn't wrote the program to fix this issue and wouldn't be out until later in 2016!!!! The final straw was when I had concerns with the stop and go technology that #1 didn't go and in fact rolled backwards and #2 shifted really hard causing the occupants to slam back against the seat and was told that this is normal!!!!! My vehicle was unsafe to drive and many electronic things didn't work properly. I was told that there are known concerns with the transmission but Chrysler isn't acknowledging this issue . I felt like they didn't care. So I sold it! Lost out big time on this lemon but now I'm driving a safe Chevy and Sarchione's is who I'll recommend from now on! More

Love my new Ram Big Horn!!!!! I did it. I finally switched over from Ford. And due to my salesman Caleb Jacobs it was such an easy process. He was sooooo patient when we test drove I did it. I finally switched over from Ford. And due to my salesman Caleb Jacobs it was such an easy process. He was sooooo patient when we test drove it as I asked many questions. He was super knowledgeable and understanding. He made it easy to decide to get the Ram. Then, the Finance person, Kim Devlin did an awesome job of explaining what each paper we had to sign meant, even repeating herself to help answer our questions. Klaben, you have won our business from this point on. Oh yeah, the TRUCK rocks!!!!!!!!!!! So HAPPY! More
