"One the best car buying experiences"

Friday, we had the heartbreaking news that we should purchase another vehicle instead of continuing to fix broken parts. The next day, I test drove a few cars, by Sunday I had contacted Klablen about a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. John Coco responded to my inquiry regarding the vehicle and we scheduled an appointment for Monday. I arrived for my appointment at 5 pm and was on the road with our car before 7:30. It would have been sooner, but we had to wait for my trade in to arrive. Most peaceful, not pushy experience. I would buy another car this dealership. John my sales person was responsive and even went out of his way to make my children comfortable. Excellent experience from beginning to end.

"In and out before I was even there!!!"

I looked online to get an e-price. Nick was prompt in seeing what vehicle, what equipment I wanted, and what target payment I was aiming for! Finance worked a deal for the car I wanted. This all happened before I stepped one foot in the door; and when I did my car was washed, shinning, and just waiting for the paperwork to be signed. I can't wait to get my next vehicle there in a few years!!!

"Easy to work with great sales and staff"

We found this vehicle online and essentially decided to buy the vehicle from pics and working with Carl, our salesman. We had a terrible trip to get our vehicle, in which the vehicle we were Driving broke down in Columbus. We had to get a rental to drive the rest of the way to Kent to finish the paperwork, to make things official. Other than the fact it was real busy and we had to wait 40minutes just to get in to fill out the paperwork, everything went great. We were even directed to the service center to see if we could get OEM replacement parts. The service associate had 1 part but went above and beyond by calling some local places for the part, which was. It available. He located the part at another dealership that was on our way back to Columbus and aske the people at that location to set it aside, which they did. Very nice dealership. Thanks so much for all the help. Lou and Anne D :) I don’t recall the gentlemen’s name who worked in the service center desk at 2pm but please tell him thank you for the assist.
