I’ve been waiting for weeks on parts to arrive for my vehicle. I’ve called with no return calls or updates. My initial visit was wonderful it’s just the follow through is horrible. And my email is bombar vehicle. I’ve called with no return calls or updates. My initial visit was wonderful it’s just the follow through is horrible. And my email is bombarded with how are we doing emails when clearly for me you’re not doing anything. Update: Within an hour after my review, A Klaben Manager reached out to me to apologize for the service non service that I received. Long story short it all was settled, they accepted full responsibility, and went above and beyond to make it right. I am happy with the work that was done and will be using them in the future if needed. More
