I have been with Klaben for 27 years. I went to tech school and started here working in the body shop. I then moved to parts where I worked at the counter and parts pickup and delivery. I have worked at the service desk for 21 years. In my free time I like to go to Cedar Point with my son. Recently purchased another vehicle from Klaben. Their staff is friendly and efficient. Mr. Hilliard and Mr. Arnold in the Service department are top notch and it's always been good to work with the Their staff is friendly and efficient. They fixed a couple of minor issues immediately and then I returned for an oil change and tire rotation. No complaints. For maintenance I will return to Klaben. More

Never an issue with any of the service advisors.
