I have been with Klaben for 27 years. I went to tech school and started here working in the body shop. I then moved to parts where I worked at the counter and parts pickup and delivery. I have worked at the service desk for 21 years. In my free time I like to go to Cedar Point with my son. I always have a good experience with the service department this time, however, it was exceptional. I was waiting for parts to come in for my Jeep, and things were really delayed. I worked with Joe department this time, however, it was exceptional. I was waiting for parts to come in for my Jeep, and things were really delayed. I worked with Joe Hilliard, who took charge of the case, made the right calls, keeping me well informed along the way. Just like that, he had the parts delivered, and my Jeep back to perfect in a matter of days. Joe is the man!! A dedicated, considerate man, who really should make Klaben proud! More

Sales Team - Excellent; Service Department - needs some serious work on scheduling and communication with customers. First experience, our brand new vehicle was towed in due to a dead battery. Took a some serious work on scheduling and communication with customers. First experience, our brand new vehicle was towed in due to a dead battery. Took a week to get back and we had to call for status updates. Second experience was for a recall. They scheduled our appointment (IN PERSON and wrote it on the paperwork) and then we found out they never put us in the computer so we had no appointment. They tried to push us back over a month for next appointment. We had to complain to sales team to get us put back in in a more timely manner. More
