Have appt and fill out card? Hint, Don't bother. Made 8 am appt an oil change. Dropped the suv off the night before and filled out the card requesting an oil change only. Received a call in the am Made 8 am appt an oil change. Dropped the suv off the night before and filled out the card requesting an oil change only. Received a call in the am to confirm, said oil only and when asked we said don't rotate tires, it was just done. Had plans as in the am, said we'd call around noon. Home remodel took longer than expected. Called at 2:30, oh "still need a half hour." Oh, yeah and we also "rotated the tires." The appointment was at 8am. It is now 2:30pm and you still aren't done with an oil change and you rotated the tires we specifically asked you not to. Perfect. How could it possibly take 6 hours after an appt for an oil change. Now we can hope the tires were rotated back correctly. Check out- we had to stand around and wait for our service advisor, even though there was another employee doing paperwork (no customer.) Excellent mistake resolution I had my first service at the end of June (oil change, tire rotation, etc). 3.5 months later I noticed that one of the.lug nuts was cross threading an I had my first service at the end of June (oil change, tire rotation, etc). 3.5 months later I noticed that one of the.lug nuts was cross threading and not fully on, after looking at my paperwork I realized that the wrong oil was used or written on the write up. I promptly talked to Joe and he went above and beyond to get me in (the next morning) and took care of everything. With the length of time that passed between the service and noticing the issues, I expected some questions/ pushback but only received cooperation and a great effort to correct the issues. I truly appreciate the understanding and effort, what I thought would be a stressful experience turned into one of my best experiences at a service department!! More

Can’t follow directions Asked not to have my PCM flashed and they flashed it anyways. Explained I have aftermarket part and simply just want an oil change nothing else. I’ve brought in my car several time for service always reminding them not to flash the computer other wise they will have a car that won’t run and never had an issue until now. Now I’m going to have to spend probably a few hundred dollars to have my car re tuned to run properly. I also called and left a message over the weekend with contact info and still haven’t heard anything back. No blame goes to Justin the rep that has helped me every time I came in the past,he is great to work with and I know he doesn’t work on the cars. This is purely an issue with whoever is responsible for flashing the cars More
