Matt-Service Manager I thought when I had to schedule and appointment with him that he would blow off my concerns especially when I had trouble duplicating the problem. Boy was I wrong! Not only was he able to ID the problem, he pointed out another aspect of it that I was afraid to bring up. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Corey Graham-Service Adviser Corey always greeted me with a smile. Had transportation or rental available when he promised it. He fielded many phone calls from me and was always pleasant and quick with a laugh. Never looked at me like I had a screw loose (even though he may have thought so) when I told him the problems I kept having. Tina Kelly-Service Advisor Only dealt with her twice, but she was fun and put a rush on getting me out of there when she realized I had just come off a 12 hour night shift. Sent transportation when promised. Transportation female-So sorry I keep forgetting her name. Picked me up on time, every time. Very pleasant and easy with conversation.
