In addition to needing some maintainance work, I dropped off my 2011 Jeep at Klaben's service center and was courteously driven to work by one of thei In addition to needing some maintainance work, I dropped off my 2011 Jeep at Klaben's service center and was courteously driven to work by one of their staff. Joe Hilliard contacted me to let me know that I had a serious issue that needed to be repaired. He quoted me a fair price and patiently waited for my approval before they began the work. Throughout the day-long repair, Joe checked in with me to update me on the progress. I appreciated his communication. When I picked up my vehicle at the end of the day, it was nicely washed and running great! A week later, my check engine light came back on and I was concerned that the problem had returned; however, with my busy schedule, I wasn't able to drop my car off right away. In fact, I made an appointment and later, canceled it because I wasn't able to get to the service center. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Joe, checking on me and offering to make arrangements for me to bring my car in for service, to avoid causing damage to my transmission. His offer of a loaner car while mine was being repaired allowed me to stay on schedule and not worry about making my car's situation worse. Thank you to Klaben, Joe and the service team for getting me back on the road safely! 5 stars for wonderful customer service!! More
