The main point with Logan is he does what the customer asks him to do, and I cannot say that happens with the other service advisors. He is very attentive to all detail and with me that is very critica asks him to do, and I cannot say that happens with the other service advisors. My family and I have been going to Klaben for over 30 years for new vehicles and when service is needed. So they were my first choice when I dropped my 2018 Ram 1500 off in March due to some over-heating years for new vehicles and when service is needed. So they were my first choice when I dropped my 2018 Ram 1500 off in March due to some over-heating. After some investigating and a few weeks later I was told that I had a cracked block and needed a full engine replacement. I encountered entirely way to many un-responded calls, lack of knowledge and care and had requests for documents through email that went un-responded to. After a few more weeks went by, I was finally told that it would not be covered under my warranty and I needed to consider my options soon because it was taking up a bay. I then called my warranty company to find out why and what was going on, only to find out they were never actually contacted by the Klaben rep (fired and no longer works there). I then called back to Klaben about this and was told there must have been some confusion on their end. Things finally started to get squared away after they actually contacted the warranty company, however for over a month I was without any vehicle before finally being provided a rental and stressed out with the financial burden of replacing an engine in a 2018 and what to do. Thankfully, I was then switched to a new rep, Melissa Dolan, who was absolutely wonderful. She was personable, understanding, tentative to my needs, called back when she said she would and truly took care of me during this awful situation. She even went above and beyond and had my truck serviced for rear brakes and rotors and was able to get my rear calipers covered under warranty! I finally got my truck back in June and it seems to be driving as normal and my only cost was a deductible. If it wasn't for Melissa I honestly don't think I would ever come back to Klaben, but she honestly reminded me why my family and I always have. They truly take care of you and although I had a terrible experience initially, they made things right and kept a lot of customers in the process. Thank you for everything Melissa! More

Recently purchased another vehicle from Klaben. Their staff is friendly and efficient. Mr. Hilliard and Mr. Arnold in the Service department are top notch and it's always been good to work with the Their staff is friendly and efficient. They fixed a couple of minor issues immediately and then I returned for an oil change and tire rotation. No complaints. For maintenance I will return to Klaben. More
