Absolutely hands down the best dealership around, from the sales staff to the clerical workers and best of all the service department is amazing, I cannot say enough good things when having to take my veh the sales staff to the clerical workers and best of all the service department is amazing, I cannot say enough good things when having to take my vehicle in for service. They treat you like a friend and do the very best job around! Joe is phenomenal, as always, very experienced knowledgeable and professional. I am thankful for this dealership! I talked to jim about the fact that with my oil being changed, I was still a quart short on oil, and my husband had to put the oil in himself. That was an expense that should’ve been covered by klaben. I changed, I was still a quart short on oil, and my husband had to put the oil in himself. That was an expense that should’ve been covered by klaben. I had no issues with joe. Unfortunately I was expecting to hear something from jim and I never did. I hope that this matter was addressed. My issue with my trunk not always opening is still an issue and joe offered to get my vehicle in, but I have not had the time to schedule it. More
