He didn't pressure me on my first visit and suggested that I visit other dealers and look around to make sure I knew what I wanted. I did and came back to Klaben because of the integrity and honesty of the salesman. He knew they had a good product but also knew that I wasn't quite ready to buy on my first stop. And Sean is the type of salesman that you want to have on your side, working with you today. There was no pressure involved. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and really made me understand that I was getting a good deal and a good car and a salesman that I could always call upon if I needed anything. Shortly after my purchase, I inquired about extra equipment; bike racks, hitches, etc. Within a day, he located and gave to me online sites that I could obtain what I was looking for.
