I have been leasing new vehicles since 1996 at Klaben Ford. Dave Mott has been my Leasing consultant for almost all of them. When I have gone to Dave unsure of which vehicle to lease, he has taken the time to explain the advantages of each vehicle and also shows me what my payments would be for both vehicles. This was very helpful in making my decision. Dave has programmed my cell phone to the car. In the past, I have tried to do it, but I was unsuccessful. Dave takes the necessary time to explain all of the features on the new vehicle. He even said if later on I have any questions, I should feel free to either call him or come in and see him. In my dealings with Klaben Ford and Dave Mott I have never felt pressured into a vehicle; never felt emotionally or financially stressed. I know for future car purchases/leases I will only deal with Klaben Ford and Dave Mott. In my opinion this is a perfect team. More

Last week I took delivery of my new F-350 Super Duty from Doug Carter at Klaben Ford. I was in the market for a new truck to but had a list of "must have's" on the truck and a list of must not's on the truc Doug Carter at Klaben Ford. Doug took the time to work the list with me and came to the conclusion we needed to order from the factory! This is the 1st time I have EVER had a dealer recommend ordering from the factory instead of trying to sell me something that I did not want. Doug told me that if we ordered I would not lose any rebates/financing promotions and if they financing/rebates got better after the truck was delivered I got those instead! Every other dealer had told me I would roll the dice ordering from the factory because I could lose the rebates. Doug kept me informed during the whole process of ordering the truck, where it was in the build process and answering my questions in a very timely manner - I am talking in a matter of hours or minutes via email. When I took delivery of the truck - the paperwork was completed all I had to do was sign. No surprises at all! I would not hesitate to recommend Doug to my friends or anyone else who is looking to purchase a car or truck. More

I went to Klaben ford on Saturday to look at Fusion's. I asked for Bob Paytas as he sold my wife and I a car last year. Bob was responsive to my needs and worked hard to get me what I wanted. It was a delight to find out that Mike was willing to defend a repair with the manufacturer. It would have been expensive repair but he was able to defend the reasons why the manufacturer should cover th defend a repair with the manufacturer.
