The best experience ever buying a vehicle. This was the most pleasant experience I have had buying a vehicle in the 29 yrs I have been buying vehicles. Eben, our sales person was new to Klaben. This was the most pleasant experience I have had buying a vehicle in the 29 yrs I have been buying vehicles. Eben, our sales person was new to Klaben. It was raining the day we decided to look for a truck. We knew the truck we wanted , so when we walked into Klaben, Eben was the first to greet us and didn't hesitate to go out in the rain and get the truck to bring it to the display room so we could look at it prior to test driving it. The thing that impressed me the most was the concern from Eben, Kenny and anyone who came in contact with, for our well being. We were asked several times if we were doing OK and if they could get us anything. I stepped outside for a minute (after it stopped raining) and was stopped by Mr Klaben. He asked if every thing was going well and if there was anything he could do to make the experience better. I have never met the owner of a dealership when shopping for a vehicle. This was a very pleasant surprise. He talked to me like we were old friends, not as dollar sign. Eben and Kenny treated us the same way. The whole experience all the way to signing the final paper work was very pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend Klaben to anyone who was looking to purchase or lease a vehicle.
