I had such an amazing experience at Klaben Ford in Kent and truly can’t say enough good things about everyone who helped me through the process. Buying a car has always been really special to me because and truly can’t say enough good things about everyone who helped me through the process. Buying a car has always been really special to me because I bought every one of my cars with my great-grandpa by my side. He is no longer here with me, so going through this experience without him was definitely emotional. But the support, kindness, and genuine care I received from everyone at Klaben made me feel like I wasn’t doing it alone. In a way, it truly felt like he was still right there with me. BoAllen Stewart was my salesman and was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy, comfortable, and exciting without ever making me feel pressured. Roscoe Woodberry, the manager, was also incredibly supportive and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. Madison Shaw handled my financing and made that part of the process smooth, simple, and stress-free. I am absolutely IN LOVE with my new Bronco and couldn’t be happier with my experience. This was more than just buying a car for me, and I’m so grateful that the team at Klaben Ford made it such a positive and memorable experience. I will absolutely be referring my friends and family to Klaben Ford in Kent. Thank you BoAllen, Roscoe, Madison, and the entire team for making such an important moment so special. 🤍 More

I wanted to update my review because it's only fair to recognize a company that truly cares about its customers. My initial service experience was disappointing—not because of the repair itself, but be recognize a company that truly cares about its customers. My initial service experience was disappointing—not because of the repair itself, but because of the lack of communication. No one contacted me to explain what was wrong with my vehicle or discuss the repair plan. I had to call to check on the status, and I was told there were no notes on my account because my service advisor was out. I was promised a return call later, but I never received one. When I called back the following day, I was informed that a part had to be ordered and would arrive the following Wednesday. I was also told I could return the loaner vehicle and drive my own car until the part came in. Because my concern involved the key sticking in the ignition, I didn't feel comfortable doing that and chose to keep the loaner instead. When I asked when someone would contact me with updates, I was told customers typically aren't called until their vehicle is ready. Unfortunately, Wednesday came and went, and my vehicle wasn't ready until Thursday. I picked it up Saturday morning. I also had a separate experience when I called to return a call and make my car payment. The person I was trying to reach was unavailable, so another representative assisted me. While my payment was processed, the interaction felt very dry, short, and unwelcoming. It was very different from the warm, friendly experience I had when I first purchased my vehicle. I had additional questions, but because of the tone of the conversation, I chose not to ask them. After sharing my concerns, I received calls from my salesperson David and Rosco. They listened carefully, showed genuine empathy, and made me feel heard and valued. They discussed both experiences with me, assured me they had spoken with the staff involved, and explained that they did not believe the interactions were intentional. However, they also made it clear that making a customer feel unvalued is not the Klaben way. What impressed me most was their response. They followed up promptly, communicated with me throughout the process, and kept every promise they made. They also provided me with a complimentary service on my next visit and mailed me a $50 gas card as a gesture of goodwill. While those gestures were appreciated, what meant the most was their accountability, professionalism, and sincere desire to make things right. Everyone has an off day, and we never truly know what someone else may be going through. What matters is how concerns are handled, and Klaben handled mine exceptionally well. They restored the confidence and peace of mind I felt when I first purchased my vehicle. Thank you to my salesperson David, Rosco, and the entire Klaben team for listening, taking my concerns seriously, and proving that customer satisfaction truly matters. I look forward to continuing to do business with the Klaben family More

I had an outstanding experience working Bo as my salesman! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He kept us well nformed throughout the entire process, salesman! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He kept us well nformed throughout the entire process, answered every question promptly, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. What stood out the most was his communication. He was always available when I needed him, followed up consistently, and genuinely made me feel like my satisfaction was his top priorit and not just making a sale. He was extremely personable and I appreciated that with making such a large purchase. If you're looking for someone who is honest, patient, and truly cares about providing exceptional customer service, I highly recommend working with him. Thank you for going above and beyond to make this such a positive car buying experience. I absolutely love my new nautilus (Skye is her name) and couldn't be happier! More
