We recently had the opportunity to consider purchasing two vehicles. We worked with Glenn Griffith, and would like to commend him for all of his efforts. We began with a number of email and telephone exchanges, and Mr. Griffith was responsive, helpful, courteous throughout, answered all of our questions, and allowed the transaction to move at our preferred pace. Mr. Griffith was ultimately able to secure a car we wanted from another dealership, and maintained what we thought was a fair deal even with this complication. The other car we purchased was from Klaben inventory. All aspects of the purchases were positive and professional. Mr. Griffith did not make any promises he did not keep, and did not pressure us to move faster or force decisions beyond our plans. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, the options available, and the transaction itself. At the time of vehicle transfer, he was organized, and had pre-prepared the new vehicles and paperwork to the extent possible, so that our time at the dealership was modest. Overall, we were very satisfied with our Klaben experience, and with Mr. Griffith's work in particular. We will recommend Klaben, and Mr. Griffith, to our friends in the future. Thank you. More

We had told Adam we were going to walk thru the lot to see what's new for 2014 Edge., that's when I looked for C.J. ( I had called him earlier in the week to tell him we were possible looking for new car or release the car I was in).We had found 2014 Edge that was kind of buried in snow, he went down to lower lot him self, got the car out and brought up to us and did a test drive, we went in talked price, it was a little out of budget, that's when he talked to Kenny King, which also was a great guy to deal with( I felt like he was my dad) they both went above and beyond to make me satisfied on price, They both were very friendly great to work with. Would highly recommend C.J. felt like family, not pushy. We highly recommend Klaben Ford in Kent. Only bad thing I wish they had a Ford Dealership in the New Phila Area, they would do great here. I travel over 45 miles one way to Klaben. More

Right from the get-go, and throughout our whole transaction, there were no hard sell tactics. It was clear to me that Mr. Boyles was genuinely invested in helping me determine whether this was the correct vehicle choice for me. I was already quite confident about the quality of the vehicle, due to it being dealer certified. Even so, if Mr. Boyles had been phony or pushy in any way, I would have politely gone on my way. He made the entire process as convenient as possible, including providing Klaben bags for me to use in transferring items to my new car. I really like the ford Fusion, I took a road trip in one and felt I had to have one. The staff assisted me in making this deal possible, and was very friendly, and courteous, and made sure that I understood and felt I had to have one. My husband and I have been captivated by the Ford Fusion for several years now, and so, when our lease ended on another brand car, we decided to check the Fusion out. We are glad we did! The Fusion is great car -- more technology, roomier, just a terrific car. But what really sealed the deal for us was the quality of the people at Klaben Ford. Tom Nicodemus, with an assist by Jeff Tetreault, was great. Tom was ready to greet us when we arrived for our appointment. I think what really set him apart was that he was a great listener. Never being too aggressive or pushy in any way, he answered every question and was able to help us make the right connection based on what he heard us say. Jeff (JT) was also right on top of his job all the way. The two of them made the process easy -- and even enjoyable. I'm looking forward to seeing Tom Nicodemus when our lease is up in three years.
