He does the extras that are not expected but are appreciated and make a great difference in this process. I go quite a distance to deal with Mike, will only deal with Mike, and am certain I have had the best possible experience and treatment after I have dealt with Mike. I find car buying intimidating and until I was lucky enough to find Mike, I looked forward to it as much as to root canal without the benefit of novocaine. I had gotten the price from the Internet sight for Klaben and knew exactly what I wanted.A Ford Escape ES 4 wheel drive Glenn Griffith was our sales representative and was a pleasure to deal with giving us all the particulars of the Escape and the cost involved.Buying a car was not only fun but an absolute pleasure.We were comfortable with the process and not pressured or rushed. Glenn gave us all the information we needed and we felt at ease asking questions. After the sale he went over the details of operation and features for us so that when the wife drove the car home she was extremely happy and confidant with all the bells and whistles. The finance and warranty part was just as easy with no high pressure or vague parts. Completing the experience that left my wife and I confident that we had received the best deal all the way around. Then, I saw the Ford Escape Titanium in the color I'd hoped to get and Voila! My search was over. Mr. Davis and I worked our a fantastic deal and the deal was sealed with a little help from my brother-in-law who accompanied me there.
