I have bought cars off of Klaben now for over 20 years. I remember buying my first new car there in 1988. Now I just bought my 2014 escape. My whole family buys off of them. If fact my father just bought his remember buying my first new car there in 1988. Now I just bought my 2014 escape. My whole family buys off of them. If fact my father just bought his new fusion a few weeks back. They are the best to deal with. We all have had bad experiences else where I just return to the dealership where I know I can get a fair price. My salesmen has been Danny Sawyer for the last couple cars I've leased. I have never filled one of these reviews out before about a salesmen before but Danny goes above and beyond anything a salesman would do. I had to get out of my old lease of a fusion early to get into a SUV because my wife's back was screwed up and she needed a higher profile vehicle to get in and out of. So on his birthday we found a vehicle that my wife can get in and out off more easily. Then ran the on the numbers on a couple options of how to buy or lease the car. We where there 6 or 7 hours getting everything ironed out. The store was closing and his family was calling him to come home for his birthday dinner. He was still there teaching my wife how to program the car. Needless to say we are very happy with salesmen. Thanks you Danny. More

I had an appointment with Matt, but because he was busy with another customer, Don took me on the test drive. Honestly, he provided so much information that I couldn't remember all of it! I do wish that the process had taken a little less time, but that's a small irritant in an otherwise painless proceeding. More

I have not been a fan of car dealers. I have avoided them when possible. In 2011 I went to Klaben to lease a Fusion. I was hesitant, but in reality I had a pleasant experience. My total concept of "evil" car dealers was changed. JT handled my initial lease. He hooked me up with exactly what I wanted. No high pressure salesmanship, which is what has always turned me off with previous dealers. My lease was up recently. JT called and I went down for a trade-in and a re-start on a new lease. Dang! He was ready for me when I arrived and had a plan for me to make a lateral move into a new Fusion. It was really simple. I have had nothing but good experiences at Klaben from sales to service.
