Most satisfied with Klaben Service Department. When arriving at the Klaben Service Department, one is met by John or Karl or another of its curtious and knowledgeable Service Department specialists When arriving at the Klaben Service Department, one is met by John or Karl or another of its curtious and knowledgeable Service Department specialists. I usually have John R. or Karl, if John is not on duty, assisting me with my auto repair concerns. Both of these men are very professional and take the time necessary to understand one’s auto service repair needs. After the initial interview with the customer, if John or Karl and the technition wishes to discover more about one’s auto repair needs an additional discussion is held with the customer...one feels a part of the service process to repair one’s auto properly on the first service repair visit. If waiting for the auto to be repaired at the dealership, the Klaben Dealership has a warm and comfortable waiting room with WiFi and complimentary coffee and water. Reading material and a TV is also available for one when waiting for said auto to be repaired. Lastly, I believe Klaben’s repair costs are very competitive considering the expertise provided to a customer by this Klaben Service Department. Best Regards, Bill C. More

Quick in & Quick out Although I called a few days prior I was told for the Ford Works all you need to do is drive in anytime, and the usual completion time is 45 min. to 1 Although I called a few days prior I was told for the Ford Works all you need to do is drive in anytime, and the usual completion time is 45 min. to 1 hour. Drove in at 11am. the adviser quickly wrote up the order and I headed to the business mans waiting room with my laptop and used their WIFI to finish some of my business projects, together with a cup of their complimentary coffee. 40 minutes later the adviser found me & reviewed the work that was performed and I proceeded to get into my cleaned washed car & drive away a extremely happy and loyal customer. More
