When arriving at the Klaben Service Department, one is met by John or Karl or another of its curtious and knowledgeable Service Department specialists. I usually have John R. or Karl, if John is not on duty, assisting me with my auto repair concerns. Both of these men are very professional and take the time necessary to understand one’s auto service repair needs. After the initial interview with the customer, if John or Karl and the technition wishes to discover more about one’s auto repair needs an additional discussion is held with the customer...one feels a part of the service process to repair one’s auto properly on the first service repair visit.
If waiting for the auto to be repaired at the dealership, the Klaben Dealership has a warm and comfortable waiting room with WiFi and complimentary coffee and water. Reading material and a TV is also available for one when waiting for said auto to be repaired.
Lastly, I believe Klaben’s repair costs are very competitive considering the expertise provided to a customer by this Klaben Service Department.
