This is a great dealership with an awesome bunch of employees: Gary James great salesman to the point. Mike Jr also a great salesman both are always very helpful. We appreciate your honesty it is refreshing. Service writer John always helpful and efficient. Mechanics Eric Shutz and Jake Grimm are both awesome at what they do. The owner Mike Klaben is an upstanding knowledgeable leader.

I have purchased 5 vehicles and had service on all of them over the years. I also have had 11 lease vehicles and they were also serviced here. I have never had a single issue in over 20 years. Great place to do business.

Mike klaben runs a great place. Can’t be the service from him down. Mike Urbania makes everything so simple for me. A call or a text and he has me all set up. Carl in the service shop took care of me like there were no other people in the shop!

We have always brought our car into Klaben for service and have been pleased with the quality of the work. Service is fast and thorough. John is always friendly and courteous and if a part needs replaced, as the air filter did this trip, he brings it out to show us the problem and explains why it needed replaced. We have a lot of trust in the Service Department at Klaben.

I gave a 5 because Ive been working with Karl for years on keeping my truck on the road. I just show up no appt. hand the keys to Karl and he does the rest. He calls me before he goes ahead with expensive repairs but the little stuff he just fixes it and gets me back on the road ASAP

"Most satisfied with Klaben Service Department."

When arriving at the Klaben Service Department, one is met by John or Karl or another of its curtious and knowledgeable Service Department specialists. I usually have John R. or Karl, if John is not on duty, assisting me with my auto repair concerns. Both of these men are very professional and take the time necessary to understand one’s auto service repair needs. After the initial interview with the customer, if John or Karl and the technition wishes to discover more about one’s auto repair needs an additional discussion is held with the customer...one feels a part of the service process to repair one’s auto properly on the first service repair visit. If waiting for the auto to be repaired at the dealership, the Klaben Dealership has a warm and comfortable waiting room with WiFi and complimentary coffee and water. Reading material and a TV is also available for one when waiting for said auto to be repaired. Lastly, I believe Klaben’s repair costs are very competitive considering the expertise provided to a customer by this Klaben Service Department. Best Regards, Bill C.
