So overall the experience was good, but some aspects were not clear. We were paying cash, so the options of transferring money were not discussed upfront. Also when we received the car the car had a couple of scratches inside, and it was told by Chris (colleague of travis) that this will be sent for warranty claim. has been more than a week and we have not heard about it. Also we drove the car from oregon to california and the tire pressure was at 47 psi. The car is rated at 33 psi. That indicates that it was throughly prepped for delivery. I also glad nothing happened along the way with the tyres exploding with pressure but this should have been checked before delivery. specially when the everyone knew that we will be driving the car back. More
