I was put into an unfortunate situation due to buying a vehicle from a dealership out of my area. It was still a dealership under the Lithia umbrella, however it was located 300 miles away. I only had the vehicle for around 7 weeks, and started experiencing an issue that should have been found and addressed by the dealership I purchased it from’s so-called inspection. When I noticed the problem, I contacted them, and of course, they wanted me to bring it back to them.... 300 miles away. After explaining my situation, I was directed to take it to the closest Lithia service department. That’s where Daniel Bridgeman came in. When I had to come to him, with an issue that was not his dealerships issue, or his service departments issue, he still went above and beyond to help me. He went above and beyond to help identify the issue, and get the problem resolved. That is how service is done. Thanks again Daniel, for helping me ...... and having to clean up someone else’s mess, because I’m sure you won’t get acknowledgement from the dealership that completely dropped the ball.
