"Great customer service from sales and service "

Came in for an oil change and I was helped by DeAndre , I was explaining to him how I wasn’t happy with my vehicle anymore. He took me over to sales and introduced me to Q and he was able to get me in a new car paying close to the same amount monthly for the car I had already! Super pleased with the service ! I’m sending all my friends and family to Klein for sure! Go see DeAndre in service and Q in sales !

"Safety recall of front passenger air bag inflater."

Arranged an appointment to have recall warranty service on front passenger air bag inflater on Nov 23 2018. When the appointment was made, the receptionist gave me all the info, service would take 45 minutes and there was a customer lounge for waiting, with coffee and magazines. Arrived at dealer service department on time. At check-in, I was informed that parts were not available to perform the service. Parts would be available on Nov 26. So I made another appointment for Nov 27, so as to give the parts department time to receive the parts, log them in and place them where-ever they keep them until needed. Arrived at the appointed time, checked in a bit early, as is my habit, and was informed that the service would take about two hours. Not exactly the 45 minutes I was told and expected. Anyway, I went to the customer lounge to wait. Very comfortable area, coffee and magazines. About an hour later, the service was completed. Went to the car to go home and discovered that the job had not been completed, an access panel cover had not been replaced. I would have replaced it myself, but could't find the right position to fit it. Went back in and requested that a technician be found to complete the job. They did. I had to tell him where the cover should be placed. All personnel I encountered were polite and respectful, the waiting area clean and comfortable. The persons taking appointments need to verify that parts will be available for the required work. My time wasted by having to have a second visit is maybe not as valuable as theirs, but does have some value. Overall, because of having to have a second appointment and the job not finished because of panel not being reinstalled, on a scale of 1-10, 9.

I always drive up and look for Steve, He is super knowledgeable and very friendly. Sometimes car language can be overwhelming but he makes sure I understand all the work that was done on my car before I leave. And thanks for Honda adding on a car wash!

"Issues with explanation - explained"

I have been treated by Klein Honda more than fairly in the past. When I had an issue today with the expensive 30K recommended maintenance, the Honda manager personally responded. Not all issues are black and white, and he took the time to discuss what ended up being not-so- clear of an explanation by someone in service. Of all the issues or maintenance with my Honda, Klein Honda has always made things right. One cannot ask for more.

"Kloen will damage your car"

I'm Klien customer from couple of years, due to bad oil changes at Klien, I had to pay 1$$$ amount for timing chain replacement, even last oil change in one month is bad with black in color, and also they broke plastic cover up for break light. And light is also not working which is replaced. I would suggest go to nearby any different Honda for any service. Thanks

"Scamming Service customers"

Honda Fit Service Nightmare * Tire rotation wasn’t perform event though theirs a tire wear on the front tires * Rotated the tires but didn’t perform TPMS calibration * Noticed the oil filter shell looks old and have a lot of dirt * Check the oil level and oil seems dark and old * Sent a video to the dealership pointing out the oil filter was old and not change * Dealership is 100% sure that the oil and oil filter was changed * Scheduled to get it service on one condition that I need to see the technician work * Verified that the maintenance wasn’t performed, the oil and oil filter was old 09/23/17 Brought in my Honda Fit for its first maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and MPVI. Drove home and noticed they didn't rotate my tires, I didn't mark my wheels, I know they didn't do it because my front tires have a little bit of wear. Drove back a different technician checked the tires and said it needs to be rotated. Now while driving back I've noticed my TPMS light suddenly turned on, I stop somewhere to check my tire pressure and they checked out ok, the technician who rotated my tires didn't do a proper calibration. So instead of driving back again I just did the calibration. The internet sales manager saw my review here and called me that day apologizing and offered me a full tank of gas and a free oil change the next time my car needed one. Since I’ve noticed that they didn’t rotate the tires even though it’s so obvious that it needed one, Ive doubted that they probably didn’t do a proper job so I did a quick visual inspection of their work. I was surprised when Ive noticed that the oil filter shell had a lot of dirt and its impossible that it get that much dirt in less than 20 miles, it didn’t even rain that day. So i sent a video showing how dirty was the oil filter shell and pointing out that it looks like the technician didn’t change the oil filter. I checked the oil level and its a bit dark. Now I’m suspecting the technician didn’t do the maintenance at all, the only thing the technician did was top off the washer fluid and reset the maintenance minder. 9/26/17 Internet sales manager called me saying “we are a family business and this is not who we are." and 100% sure the maintenance was done and oil filter on the video was “new”. I told them they have to do the maintenance right in front of me and they agreed. 9/30/17 Went to dealership and asked for the internet sales manager because I’ve been told to look for that person when i came in. So I was waiting for that person to show up and an hour passed that person hasn’t show up yet, so I ask them again if that person was available and told them i was waiting for an hour already, and finally that person show up all of a sudden. So we proceeded with the maintenance and when the technician removed the drain plug we saw the oil was old. I told him I only drove 50 miles and thats impossible to be that dark. Work was done, no apologies, didn’t put gas on my car after promising they will do it, they still believed they changed the oil. They offer "life time" oil changes for new car buyers, but do they really do that? or they just reset your maintenance light so you believe they did the service?

"Klein Honda is the Best Dealership & Service Center Ever!"

My relationship with Klein Honda began in 2004 when I first bought a car from them. From then, to now, 13 years later, they remain awesome as ever! Every time I have ever had my car serviced at Klein Honda, or have just stopped in with a random question, I have always been greeted with a smile and received the info and/or assistance that I needed. Most recently, I had a couple of service contacts with Mike Hagenau who is just the nicest, most helpful person ever. After my car had been hit while parked, I stopped in for part and repair information. He patiently answered all my questions and offered some good suggestions for how to move forward. He is so easy to talk to and I feel that he is genuinely interested in helping me whenever I have worked with him. I also recently worked with Steve Johnson to have my car detailed. He set up a time to get it done very quickly. The car looked great. By the time I realized that a plastic piece from an item I had planned to repair had been removed from the console - possibly thinking it to be garbage - I was dismayed. I went back to the service center but it had already closed. I was a little frantic, hoping that it could be located before garbage cans were emptied. When I explained this to the Sales Manager, Shane, he and Salesman, Viren, set about to help me, both going above and beyond their roles in the Sales Department. They called over to the servicing area across the street for me. When no one answered, Viren offered to go check to see if someone was there but just hadn't picked up the phone. When it turned out nobody was there, Shane and Viren routed the information to the Servicing Manager Steve Johnson. The next day, I had a call from Steve asking for a description of the plastic piece. I then got a follow-up call from Steve, that the item had been located, was on his desk, and that I could pick it up at anytime. This is how amazing they are always! Once you make an issue known, you never have to worry about bugging them about it because they are always right on it and follow through with what they say they will do. That is priceless! In summary, whenever I need to visit Klein Honda, I feel welcome, experience no pressure ever, and have a sense of safety in that I do feel like it is a place that has been very good to me over the last 13 years. Thank you, Klein Honda, for always putting the customer first!

Klein's Service Department is totally dedicated to providing excellent repair service and guaranteeing their work in a courteous, professional manner that creates 100% customer satisfaction. We have been Klein Honda customers since the early 1990s. All of our maintenance service and occasional repairs have been done by Klein Honda. A few months ago Klein performed a minor repair for my Civic. Just recently it became apparent that the original repair had contributed to a subsequent problem. The Service Manager, Jim Matson, and the Service Advisors Arturo Centurion and Nelli Bocharnikova all took personal responsibility for ensuring that the problem was corrected and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. The repair was performed promptly by Technician William Dye. We are very happy with the entire Klein Honda team. We are very thankful that they are such an outstanding, reputable, and reliable dealership.
