I had an appointment with Genesis for an appraisal of my 2023 Grand Cherokee Overland. My Jeep was in immaculate condition as stated by your representative as well. When I entered my vehicle my backseat seatbelts were all clicked in. The seats were misaligned. They were adjusted and not put back. The driver side and passenger side mats had black shoe print marks. A courtesy paper mat was not used. My hood was not closed properly, the alert on my instrument panel had the icon displayed. I had my husband return to the vehicle so he could close it properly. The vehicle should have been returned in the condition they received it nothing better nothing worse. Perhaps my expectation for vehicle care is not like others. But, I value and take care of my vehicles. I have since sold my Jeep to Autonation they worked a fair offer. Thank you. More
