Very disappointing experience with Knight’s Dodge. I drove from Fresno to Los Angeles because their truck prices seemed like a great deal, but it ended up being nothing but stress. I purchased a 2024 Dodge Laramie and ended up paying around $6,500 for an extended warranty and GAP coverage. Within two weeks, the battery died and left me stranded four times. I was told I would be reimbursed for the replacement battery, but I’m still waiting. The truck was also supposed to have a towing package, but I later discovered the tow hitch had been removed. After countless calls and being told someone would call me back, they finally said they would order the hitch. That was in mid-June—it’s now mid-August, and I still haven’t received a call. Communication and customer service have been terrible. I constantly had to chase them for answers, and issues are still unresolved. If you’re coming from out of town, be very careful and inspect everything thoroughly. I would also recommend comparing extended warranty prices elsewhere before purchasing theirs. Unfortunately, I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

I never get an update from the service advisors on what was found on the multipoint inspection. There is a video that covers a few items. Elijah Gaytan should be promoted ✅ I was shopping for a recent model Volkswagen Atlas. I talked to probably about eight dealers and all of them were terrible. The atlas I found here was in all of my specification range but there was some scuffing and scratching on the trunk. It wasn't clear if those scratches were deep or not. The sales department, including the manager was ready to let the sale go when I asked for them to just quickly buff it. And if it's fine I'll buy the car. They were ready to just pass on the sale. Elijah stepped in and said well let me talk to my body team real quick and within 15 minutes they buffed it out. There were no deep scratches and there were ultimately no problems. Elijah saved the sale when all the rest of the dealership was ready to let it go.
