I picked up my 2021 Highlander Hybrid Platinum on 12/11/20. I did everything via email, txt, phone. They didn't have the trim and color combo I wanted on the lot but they quickly found it for me. I worked with the GM Bob Bozarth and the salesman Sean Williams. It was about an hour drive from Northern NJ and it was so well worth it for the great price and stellar customer service. Bob was great. He was very upfront and transparent. He did not play games of going back and forth on price. Right out the gate he came in with aggressive and transparent pricing. Once we finalized all the numbers he passed me back to Sean who is equally as wonderful. He is super patient, kind, knowledgeable and excellent follow through. Even after having the car I txt him pictures and questions and he is quick to respond even on his days off. He's very committed to providing quality customer service. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with Bob and Sean it felt right. I have already referred friends and family to this dealership. I am a stickler for gold star service and Koch 33 Toyota really delivered. With making a large purchase it's important to feel good about the purchase itself and the transaction. And we walked away feeling great about both. We will be back in a few short years for my husbands new car! Thanks to the team at Koch 33 for making what is usually a stressful experience a pleasant one. More
