Second Car purchase within the last year I first met Norman in April of this year when he showed me a Highlander. I had just test drive two other vehicles that I really liked but both the Hi I first met Norman in April of this year when he showed me a Highlander. I had just test drive two other vehicles that I really liked but both the Highlander and Norman convinced me otherwise. When my wife and I came back in the next day, he convinced her. Sold. When replacing my second vehicle this year, it just made sense to come back. Our first experience was great and so was our second. Questionable sales tactics and unprofessional After many visits while vehicle was being brought through recall and pre-sale inspection, I was finally told to come take a test drive in the vehicle. After many visits while vehicle was being brought through recall and pre-sale inspection, I was finally told to come take a test drive in the vehicle. Sales person got in the vehicle with me and told me to go a certain way which I thought was odd because I wanted to get on the highway. That's when he told me we were "running dirty" with out a license plate. I parked the car and left. Tony Brant came into the sale and did his best to salvage the sale. After more time and longer "legal" test drives I bought the vehicle. But I will never go back to this dealership. If anyone reads this from the dealership feel free to call me.
