Mixed Review I leased a Rav 4 from this dealership 3 years go. The service department is fabulous. Always nice. Never tried to push any extras on me. Just did a buy out of my lease and this was a horrible experience. No one contacted me. It took weeks to get a call back after phone calls, emails and a direct request via the service department. I finally got a call back 4 days before my lease was up. When I went in to sign the financing, I found out that the sales man I spoke to was very dishonest. I gave him a specific payment I needed to be at in order to go with their financing and was told it was not a problem and that I needed to put $1000 down. When I got there, the interest rate was high, he told the finance person that my monthly payment limit was 40 dollars higher than I told him and he lied about how much I needed to put down. In sum. Maintenance is great. Sales is shady. More

The dealership in itself is state of the art, and they have mastered customer care/experience. One key element of this is their strategic partnership with Starbucks. The Koch 33 service center is designed as every car enthusiasts dream garage. Most importantly, was my interaction with Oscar Alarcon. It never felt like a salesman to customer relationship, rather a friendship that was rekindled, however, I expected nothing less from a United States Marine. Thanks again team Koch for everything. All the management and sales persons are worthless Recently, I purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla at Kosh 33. After a while of having the car I noticed a defect on the paint job. The whole car's decal wa Recently, I purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla at Kosh 33. After a while of having the car I noticed a defect on the paint job. The whole car's decal was full of small bubbles from what seemed like dirt or something that was just painted over. I decided to contact the dealership and they didn't do anything to solve the issue. Angry now, I later contacted the salesman that took care of me his name is Steven Douglas. After trying to call him numerous times I just gave up as he wasn't picking up. I also deal with Keith Doddy and after a few calls he finally called back but he said he couldn't do anything about it. After this whole merry go 'round I was fed up and proceeded to contact the general manager, whom was Bob Bozarth, I sent some emails and sent out a few calls but, once again, I received absolutely no response. As a result of all this I finally called the headquarters of Toyota and they could not believe of how poor of service this dealer provided. It's going to have to be a while and long battle before I can get some results from Toyota. To me, it is incredibly amazing to believe that I bought a Toyota in which the quality was good, alas, the dealership that sells this brand treats it's customer like crap. Way to go management; please, people that are looking for a car, don't bother to do business with Kosh 33 Toyota. They will take your money and will offer little to no assistance. More
