He is a 21 year old college stude After shopping at many local Lehigh Valley dealerships over the past two months, I accompanied our son to KOCH 33. He is a 21 year old college student who needed a safe, reliable, and affordable car to commute to school. He was purchasing independently, so he had a set price in mind that would achieve a suitable monthly payment that would work with other college expenses. We knew this might be tough criteria to fill. When he had told other dealers what he wanted to put down and what he could afford in a monthly payment, they were coming back with payments 50 to 75 dollars higher than he could afford. We also met many clever salesman, but not a lot of real people, until we went to KOCH 33. We made an appointment to view a pre-owned Subaru Forester at 11:15 am. We were assigned to Oscar Alarcon, who would be our salesman. Oscar sent a video introduction and made sure that the car was pulled around in front of the Toyota building when we arrived. It even had a Welcome tag hanging from the mirror:). Oscar was truly down to earth and professional. He related well to both my son and I. We felt that Oscar was both genuine in his determination to help find a vehicle that fit our son's needs, and the utmost professional in working out a price and payment that would be comfortable for him financially. Oscar was the most honest and amicable salesman that we have met in all of our purchase experiences. There was no pressure, a lot of friendly conversation, honest consideration of our son's needs and financial ability, and prompt negotiation. Oscar is also bilingual, which further impressed us! Oscar accompanied us on a test drive of the vehicle. We were impressed by the presentation, cleanliness and overall product. Needless to say, our son purchased the vehicle by 5 pm! We also worked with Nick on financing and price. He was professional, and clearly outlined all options. He exemplified KOCH 33's commitment to customer service. Additionally, although each vehicle sold comes with a different warranty, he received a dealer mileage warranty up to 100, 000 miles, regardless of how long it takes to achieve that mileage. The car was cleaned thoroughly upon pickup. The entire process was seamless. I would wholeheartedly recommend KOCH 33. Both the product and service were superior :).
