Steer Clear I have encountered many service maintenance issues normal to wear and tear on my vehicle. What has been the normal also for this dealership is patchi I have encountered many service maintenance issues normal to wear and tear on my vehicle. What has been the normal also for this dealership is patching together a fix I pay for or "up sold" to as corrected and now fixed. Unfortunately and inconveniently most were not fixed at all. And in just one case resulted in unplugging issue causing noise, but later paperwork showed replacement parts/new corrected items and labor charged!! It is time wasting and frustrating to return over and over for same issues that re-occur. The last straw was; in going to purchase new fog lights, but found out from mechanic (not at Koch) that they were actually disconnected from a frame rebuild in recent recall. There are other maintenance services I paid for as "fixed" only to encounter them later as not fixed. There's more bad experiences as well at the now re-named "Koch Toyota" that has led me to find another dealership that I am finally happy with and just purchased a new truck from. More
