Worst vehicle transaction of my life Used car, purchased out of state..and had transported. all finished paperwork in their hand on 11/08/17. Required I pre pay taxes on an out of state Used car, purchased out of state..and had transported. all finished paperwork in their hand on 11/08/17. Required I pre pay taxes on an out of state purchase, NOT true, as per my local DVM, then held my tax money for 40 days, I was required to get an odometer reading, again holding up paper work, again NOT true, all that was needed was the bill of sale & the title work. Multiple credit applications made, even though I had pre-approved financing in place. Never even a thank you for my purchase, nor even gave me the name of the person who was credited with the sale, No clarification, no communication, no we messed up and we are sorry. Promised overnight Fed Ex instead 2 day UPS (huge difference on this where I live) Get us a check and we will do it how ever and when ever we want to, cause once the deal is done you can just tough it up. Miserable Experience. Do not buy out of state, they may be great locally but this is not their thing. More
