Awesome Experience ! We just about had it in with looking for cars from other local dealers. Lots of unsavory people out there ! We decided to give koch 33 a shot .Met a s We just about had it in with looking for cars from other local dealers. Lots of unsavory people out there ! We decided to give koch 33 a shot .Met a saleman outside who was very friendly. We passed on to him our recent experice and he promised that would not happen at Koch33. He proceeded to ask a few very basic questions about what were interested in and with in 3-5 minutes, he not only had a car in mind, but he also knew all the bells and whistles that were in the vehicle. We took the Rav4 XLE out for a spin. We liked vehicle very much. A couple minor issues like chips and so on were a concern. We knew the vehicle wasn't brand new, but Steve and Keith assured us that the dealer/service, would order the paint and do some touch up work to the vehicle. We had a price in mind and Steve was able to make it happen. The saleman and the manager went out of their way to make sure we got the vehicle in tip top shape. Because of the time (9:00 pm), we were told we could wait to have the car detailed OR, the salesman would literally deliver it to our house ! Slam dunk ! Now we will wait to see how the minor touch up work pans out. Met with Mike in finance , answered a few basic questions and BOOM...Done deal. I would probably say this was one of the best experiences we ever had at a car delaer. Can never go wrong with a Toyota ! More

Too pushy, go somewhere else I went here to look at the Yaris. We were up-front that we'd probably not buy that day; we were just there to see if it was even in the same ballpark I went here to look at the Yaris. We gave up on the Yaris, and were going to go check out the Chevy Volt. They then told me things like "Oh the Volt has very bad tire wear because the battery is heavy" and other things like that to discourage us from even looking at it. This seemed dishonest, so we left. I'm an engineer and former technician. Alignment is usually the cause of poor tire wear, which is done during PDI Will not be returning here for anything. Nice new dealership, but pushy. More

Dishonest I was offered a deal by Koch for new rav4. After two days of phone calls talking with salesman about the price offered, I accepted. Went to complet I was offered a deal by Koch for new rav4. After two days of phone calls talking with salesman about the price offered, I accepted. Went to complete the paperwork for the deal offered. Salesman took the car to get cleaned up and finance person came back with salesman. I was informed by finance rep.that a mistake was made by "a manager" re:incentive offer. I was then given a choice to pay cash for new vehicle or to agree to paying 1000.00 more for rave4. Attitude of finance rep was as poor as my options. Dishonest. Unacceptable. More

Let down My wife Melissa Scholz,bought a certified pre owned 2013 Ford fusion,after safety inspection,we drove of lot thinking the tires where at rating of 50% My wife Melissa Scholz,bought a certified pre owned 2013 Ford fusion,after safety inspection,we drove of lot thinking the tires where at rating of 50%around the car,now after adding 7000 miles we had oil changed and found out the front tires where at about 40% and the back tires were bald,well how the he'll did that happen since this is a front wheel drive,so we went in on Saturday ,11th 2017, and argued for a change of tires on them,since we bought the car for $25,000. And our payments are over $350 a money,i think asking for a couple of tires wouldn't Brake there bank,well they told us no,but told us if we go to a private dealer and buy tires ,they will put them on for free,lol,thats bad business,they don't take care of there customers at all,don't but from them,bad bad bad decision,poeple More
