We went shopping for my son’s first car and visited over 6 dealerships in NJ and what terrible experience. Until I found a car a Bethlehem Ford. Woody, our ford sales specialist- sent me a live video and 6 dealerships in NJ and what terrible experience. Until I found a car a Bethlehem Ford. Woody, our ford sales specialist- sent me a live video and promised me there would be no games played at the dealership. He held the car for us, and we made the 2 hour trip and bought the car my son wanted. Woody and his team were great! I would buy my next car at Bethlehem Ford. Thanks Woody and Team Bethlehem Ford, you are all amazing and made my son extremely happy! More

I went to the dealership to have my replaced ABS component programmed for my VIN number. They charged me for an hour of time, but, only spent about 15 minutes trying to do the job. They couldn't complete the job and couldn't tell me why they couldn't. Incompetent. Go somewhere else. More
