Background • I purchased a Ford F‑150 Platinum at Koch 33 Ford. • I traded in my vehicle for $8,500 and paid an additional $7,500 in cash, then financed approximately $65,000+. • After only two months and about 800 miles, my wife was unable to drive the truck and we needed to exit the deal. What happened I returned to Koch 33 Ford and asked what you could offer if the dealership bought the truck back. Given that the vehicle was practically new, that you had already sold my trade‑in and received my $7,500, and that you would resell the F‑150 at a profit, I requested anything over my finance amount (i.e., $65,000–$67,000). Your team offered $62,400—more than $2,600 below what I owed—despite the minimal time and mileage. When I asked why you could not offer a figure in the $65,000–$67,000 range, I was told no, with no satisfactory explanation. To me, this felt one‑sided and exploitative, especially after you had already benefited from my trade‑in value and down payment. Why this is a problem I understand dealerships must maintain margins. However, offering thousands under the finance balance on a near‑new vehicle with 800 miles—after already taking my trade and cash—appears unreasonable and damages trust in your dealership. It also creates a significant financial hardship for me, as I am left responsible for the difference.

Being new to the area I used Haldeman because of it's close proximity to my home. Discovering they had a valet service changed the game! Discussed my issues with service in person and scheduled service. They actually came to my home picked up my car and delivered it for absolutely no charge and no hassle. I had my car detailed as part of my service and it was like getting a brand new car delivered to my driveway! I am over the top happy with this dealership and will be a forever customer.

I was walking around while in Service and the Manager Dave Hetzel was very kind and professional. He talked to me for a little about a new F150 and I will be honest it piqued my interest. He got me with one of his team members and gave a thorough explanation of everything. They even appraised my car while it was in service, and gave me numbers that made sense enough to bring my wife back and see if she was good with it. All in all not what I was expecting from just a service appointment but I am very happy with the team at Fred Beans!

was willing to buy a new vehicle off the lot but was told the advertised price was wrong and they couldn't sell it for that. they refused to honor the internet price even though it was their error. ill order it from flemington ford, they dont play games and there is a reason they are #1.
