Allen was very helpful with a previous purchase and I expected the same service but was really impressed with Allens help in finding my new Explorer. Whenever I walk in to Kocourek Ford Lincoln I notice one thing immediately and that's how welcome you feel without the sales pressures that you feel from other dealers. To me that is the definition of a team. Knowing what each other is doing at all times. I mention "Pete" (Pete Roth) because I have now been dealing with him for 21 years. It is because of his attention to detail, his knowledge of the product and his overall professionalism that has made me a repeat buyer from him for all these years. His straight forward, no nonsense, no hassle sales approach is second to none and it is a style that others look up to. It is a style that has kept me coming back to him time and time again. If you have any type of question he will answer it, or get it answered to your satisfaction in a realistic time frame. I know this because my current vehicle (2011 Ford Explorer Limited) has many, many features on it that I have asked numerous questions about and he has not failed me once on finding me an answer. Pete went over the vehicle extremely thoroughly before we went for a test drive. I already knew that I loved the style of the Escape and the demonstration and test drive really sold me on it. Once we were done with the test drive it was a matter of agreeing on a price. It was a very easy process. Pete answered all of our questions without using any sales pressure tactics. I decided that I would not need to visit any other dealers because I felt I was being treated so fairly and that Pete was doing his absolute best to help me get my Escape for the best price. I walked out of the dealership feeling very good about my decision. Pete has since followed up with numerous emails and phone calls to make sure that I continue to be happy with my purchase. I believe that there is nothing better than good customer service, and I received excellent customer service.
