There was no pressure, no wasting of my time, and the whole experience was actually enjoyable. Jim Mendez was AWESOME. The entire time I felt like his friend and not a customer. He answered all my questions, showed me all the features of the car and made the whole experience simple and easy. These guys are great. I also worked with Steve and he was very pleasant, professional and easy going. In the past, I've had bad experiences with Finance managers who tried to upsell me on everything and seemed to get mad when I declined. I got none of that with Steve. He mentioned a few features I could have purchased, but I didn't feel any pressure or guilt for declining. He made the whole process quick and easy. Koeppel Mazda definitely gets 2 thumbs up! More

I got the car I wanted and the deal I wanted. The entire team (Raul, Saiful and Steve) treated me and my wife like family and I honestly could not be happier. The team went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I would get the car in the fastest amount of time possible and with the least amount of hassle. Koeppel Mazda, helped break that perception with their professionalism, patience and informative service. Lendle was easy to speak with, very informative, knew the product, straightforward and helpful with the many questions I had. Steve was also helpful and patient in explaining the financial aspects of the process. Saiful was helpful in willing to provide customer satisfaction. They all stayed late (past closing) to finalize the sale, and remained patient to provide great service, You can tell they strive to provide excellence in customer satisfaction. Depending on your readiness to actually purchase a vehicle or just shopping around. Do your research, look up rebates/incentives, talk to dealerships, find out pricing info...be informed. The dealership will definitely walk you through the process, but with the internet, it's good to be informed to build up your confidence with what you're looking to purchase. Koeppel Mazda did a great job, answered questions, make sure you feel good about your purchase and provide a friendly interactive experience with a smile.
