From then on everything was a breeze. I was totally at ease after that. After I settled on my choice I was then introduced to Steve from finance who was just as friendly and patient as Jim. He actually made closing the deal an enjoyable experience. I consider myself very lucky to have had a great buying experience with a dealership. It’s not a very common occurrence.. So many salespeople are so pushy and Raul was an actual human with us and not just a robot that was trying to make as much money and commission as possible. We don't even live near the dealership and we will and did return because of the service provided. Especially in NYC it's so nice to have real people to deal with that are genuinely nice! More
