I wanted to trade in my 7 passenger SUV for a smaller SUV. I was driving home disgusted with my time being wasted at another dealership and decided to stop by Koeppel. When I walked in the salesman was friendly and asked a series of questions to assess my needs and wants. He referred me to Francesco. Francesco asked me what features I was looking for and I explained what I couldn't live without. Once he knew what features and monthly payments I was looking for he found a nice used car for me with all of my requirements. Coincidentally, the car he found for me was one of the brands I was researching and I did not even tell him. They handled all of the paperwork even my registration and took care of my trade-in. I was impressed because my prior dealership didn't even provide an extra set of keys nor did they handle my registration and license plate transaction. Update: I called Francesco 3 days after purchasing my vehcile to address a few minor problems I wanted resolved. He took care of this situation for me. I would definitely patronage this dealership again when I am ready to purchase another used vehicle. More
